Chemical Process Operator Learner - 818

Job Purpose:

• NQF 2 unit standards chemical process operation training

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Math and Physical Science
• Required to drive a forklift and be medically fit (training provided)
• Basic computer skills (Data entry, basic MS Office)
• Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle filling and emptying of bags, drums, and bulk containers
• Loading and offloading of bulk bags/raw materials, bulk liquid chemicals
• General housekeeping on all plant areas
• Operate plant under supervision of a qualified plant operator
• Accurately complete required production and process documentation
