Debtors Administrator: Credit Vetting - 862

Job Purpose:

• AECI Plant Health is seeking a suitably qualified Debtors Administrator – Credit Vetting to ensure the accurate, compliant and timeous processing of credit applications, credit limit reviews and customer master data within the Accounts Receivable function.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Credit Management or related field (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a Debtors Administration or credit control environment
• Sound working knowledge of Syspro and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of credit-related legislation and compliance requirements
• Valid driver’s licence, own reliable transport and medical fitness to drive

Core Responsibilities:

• Vet and process new credit applications, credit limit increases and amendments
• Capture and maintain customer accounts accurately on Syspro and .NET systems
• Perform annual reviews of customer credit limits and terms
• Ensure all required documentation for new and existing accounts is complete, accurate and submitted timeously
• Attend to customer, Customer Care and Crop Advisor queries relating to credit vetting processes
• Maintain and update the debtors’ master data in line with internal control requirements
