Job Purpose:

• The Reliever in Beverages Packaging provides support to the packaging team by temporarily filling in for absent or unavailable staff, ensuring smooth operations and continuity of production.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to operate basic machinery and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and packaging lines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and moderate lifting

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor beverage packaging machinery
• Ensure packaging materials are available and properly loaded
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area
• Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging quality meets company specifications
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations
